The Sixth Annual ETHERFAX Partner Summit

Every year, we look forward to connecting with our partners, key vendors, and MSPs to discuss the future of cloud fax and secure document delivery. At our sixth annual ETHERFAX Partner Summit, held on September 24-26, 2019, we welcomed 60 of our partners to Bell Works, our corporate headquarters in Holmdel, NJ.

We began the Partner Summit with a cocktail reception on the rooftop terrace where industry leaders from around the world had a chance to meet and mingle with each other. The evolution of fax, security, and the cloud were the hot topics of conversation.

“Fax is evolving to cloud. With no infrastructure and less moving parts, we need more security,” Fernando Cuco, Business Development Manager at LANE Data Solutions, explained. “With ETHERFAX SENx, transmissions are completely secure and encrypted from end-to-end. Since ETHERFAX is HITRUST certified and PCI DSS compliant, we can satisfy our clients’ requirements for secure transmissions.”

“Analog infrastructure is getting worse and worse. Hospitals and pharmacies need to know that their orders are transmitting with 100% accuracy,” Raymond Van Rooyen, DeliveryTrack Product Director at Integra, said. “ETHERFAX has made our whole faxing infrastructure more reliable for our customers. No busy signals, and we receive fewer support calls than ever before. In a nutshell, it just works.”

Informative Keynote and Partner Presentations

On Wednesday, we enjoyed an inspiring keynote from Dr. Patrick Gentempo, who shared his insights on branding, company purpose, and aligning your entire team to buy-in to the cultural mission. Additionally, we showcased informative presentations from Vyne MedicalProcess Fusion, and GLYNT.AI that highlighted how their applications and platforms leverage ETHERFAX

Tim Hoskins, Director of Solutions Architecture at VYNE Medical, Brooke Martin, National Healthcare Practice Leader at Process Fusion, and Martha Amram, CEO of GLYNT.AI, demonstrated why they chose to integrate their applications into the ETHERFAX network.

“The ETHERFAX API allows our clients to seamlessly migrate from legacy fax platforms to the cloud,” Tim Hoskins, Director of Solutions Architecture at VYNE Medical, explained. “With ETHERFAX SEN, we have transitioned away from traditional faxing, in terms of speed and image quality. Last year, we transmitted 150 million pages for our healthcare clients alone.”

Awards & Moscow Mules

This year, we recognized two partners who went above and beyond: Scott Ashouri, Vice President of Sales at Exucom, received the “Make It Happen” Award and Integra received the “Pump Up the Volume” Award.

We also shared our company roadmap, new product announcements, and updates on our device integrations with Ambir Technology and Lexmark. Last but definitely not least, we toasted to continued success with our signature cucumber mint Moscow Mule and enjoyed a special networking dinner at Casa de Banco

Golfing in Style

On the last day of the Partner Summit, we played a round of golf at the Charleston Springs North Golf Course. While our game may not have been on par with Phil Mickelson, we played in style with custom socks and ETHERFAX golf balls.

The entire ETHERFAX team was excited to connect with our partners as we continue to redefine fax for the modern era. It’s a pleasure to work with so many innovative companies and we expand the ETHERFAX ecosystem. Special thanks to everyone who attended our sixth annual ETHERFAX Partner Summit  we can’t wait for next year’s event!
