The 2021 ERIS® Certification Program

On September 21-22, 2021, our partners traveled to New Jersey to receive hands-on training to learn how to install and configure the new ETHERFAX Remote Integration Service (ERIS®). The conference also provided an array of use cases on how partners can position ERIS® in the marketplaceAs a development tool that supports the processing of job files (via drop directory), ERIS® provides support for off-the-shelf products such as RightFax, GFI FaxMaker, e-mail/SMTP, Epic web services, and many others.

We kicked off the program with informational sessions highlighting the various use cases that ERIS® supports and the hosted services that ERIS® provides. ERIS® optimizes business processes through file drop and third-party application tie-ins, and can be utilized with EMRs to automate executable workflows.

“ERIS® was built to be flexible enough to handle several different types of applications without the need for complicated fax server technology boards, or developers writing and compiling code to integrate with complex APIs,” explained Robert Cichielo, CTO and founder of ETHERFAX.

We also hosted workshops with ERIS® developers and engineers to walk our partners through Docker and Windows installation steps, advanced configuration scenarios, and how to utilize MSSQL and MFP integrations.

When the training sessions were complete, we toasted to our partners becoming officially “ERIS® Certified” with our signature Moscow mule cocktails. In the evening, we enjoyed a cocktail reception on the roof terrace at Bell Works with good food, drinks, and even better company.

The entire ETHERFAX team was excited to connect with our partners and engineers as we continue to redefine fax for the modern era. It’s a pleasure to work with so many innovative companies as we expand the ETHERFAX ecosystem. Special thanks to everyone who attended our ERIS® Certification Program!
