In our mission to redefine document delivery for the modern era, we work nonstop to expand cloud based fax solutions via the ETHERFAX ecosystem. From our partner network to the Fax Federation, we continue to expand the world’s largest fax network with over 10 million endpoints enabling the secure transport of highly sensitive, business-critical documents for healthcare, finance, legal and insurance industries.
To broaden our global presence, we recently collaborated with FaxCore and organized a European Partner Conference at one of the most eclectic destinations in the Mediterranean, Malta. Over the course of three days, we met with reseller representatives from all around the world including the UK, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Israel and Turkey.
We were proud to learn that the majority of international resellers were already familiar with ETHERFAX and the array of solutions we provide. As we strive to build strong, long-lasting, productive relationships with our partners, this was a testament to our brand, reputation, and the way in which we conduct business.
Presenting Cloud Fax Strategies
Together with FaxCore, we discussed all aspects of the fax market from the relevance of computer based faxing and dealer channels, to the impact of cloud technology and the future of telecom. Security and data sovereignty were among the biggest concerns to address and the ETHERFAX Secure Exchange Network (SEN) was well received.
ETHERFAX SEN eased concerns that are commonly associated with telephony and cloud transport technology. Representatives were pleased to learn about the military-grade encryption and hybrid cloud technology SEN leverages to provide 100% secure communications. The many benefits of SEN, including cost-efficiency, faster transmissions, built-in redundancy and seamless integration, were attractive to resellers.
We also discussed the ETHERFAX Analog-to-ETHERFAX (A2E) device which extends existing fax devices and multi-function printers to the ETHERFAX network, eliminating the need for old fashioned dial-tone. As a plug-and-play device that is both HIPAA compliant and PCI DSS compliant, the A2E device is helping to expand the ETHERFAX ecosystem.
Work Hard, Play Hard
On our last day, we planned an itinerary full of sightseeing and excursions throughout the Maltese Islands. We traveled to Europe’s smallest capital city, Valletta, and visited the beautiful Upper Barrakka Gardens and the historic St. John’s Co Cathedral. After enjoying lunch in Vittoriosa while overlooking the Grand Harbour Marina, we toured the newly restored Fort St. Angelo, the Hagar Qim and Mnajdra Temples, and the medieval town of Mdina. The architecture was stunning and the natural beauty inspired us. The Islands offered the ideal location for combining business and leisure.
We’d like to extend a huge thank you to all of the representatives who joined us at this year’s European Partner Conference! We look forward to working with you and hope you will join the ETHERFAX ecosystem in 2017.
