Utilizing fax providers like FaxCore with ETHERFAX, Global Airtech now leverages the cloud to send and receive thousands of fax orders each month from its aviation customers.
Because fax communications is a key aspect of Global Airtech’s order processing, the company needed a fault-tolerant, highly-available solution, while expanding its fax infrastructure. Prior to selecting FaxCore as a fax provider, the company used RightFAX, but relied on traditional telephony infrastructure which was costly. Global Airtech replaced RightFAX with FaxCore using the ETHERFAX hosted infrastructure model. All of their fax communications are now transmitted via the cloud, offering significant cost savings and improved scalability without having to make any capital investment.
