ETHERFAX Receives Highest Score in KLAS’ 2019 Digital Fax Report

KLAS created a scoring system to help explain the current state of digital faxing. In order to reach the highest score, which is a Level 4, data from a fax document must be interoperable with clinical, financial, and other core workflows. A handful of vendors were capable of producing an outbound fax to Allscripts, Cerner, Epic, and NextGen Healthcare EHRs, but only ETHERFAX was able to integrate all data into the clinical workflow. Based on KLAS’ scoring, ETHERFAX scored a Level 4, both Concord and OpenText scored at a Level 3, and J2 Global scored a Level 2. Learn more here.
