ETHERFAX Expands into Europe with New Partnership

Mar 09, 2017

ETHERFAX recently partnered with Lane Telecommunications, a provider of integrated messaging solutions within healthcare, banking and commercial markets. Based in London, Lane Telecommunications operates globally in the U.S., Singapore and the UK.

By leveraging the ETHERFAX cloud infrastructure, Lane Telecommunications can now offer healthcare organizations, financial services, and other enterprises the capability to send and receive fax documents via the Internet securely and with guaranteed delivery.

The partnership further grows the ETHERFAX Secure Exchange Network (SEN), the world’s largest fax network supporting every major fax server, application and fax-enabled device. The Secure Exchange Network leverages military-grade encryption and hybrid cloud technology to provide 100 percent secure communications, from hybrid cloud messaging and file services to recovery. Lane Telecommunications will utilize ETHERFAX SEN to deliver high-resolution, full color documents within seconds.

The partnership also offers organizations using existing analog fax devices to connect to the digital network for secure messaging with the ETHERFAX Analog-to-ETHERFAX (A2E) device. The A2E device extends fax machines to the cloud, allowing them to operate as if they were on a traditional Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). All ETHERFAX solutions are compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) as well as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

ETHERFAX provides the security of fax technology combined with the scalability of the cloud to ensure end-to-end document delivery of business-critical information and files. We are committed to expanding the ETHERFAX ecosystem with new partnerships and collaborations within healthcare, financial, and legal industries, as well as our broadening our global presence.
