Sharon Armao
Director of LNP
Sharon Armao has worked in the fax server industry for more than 25 years and specializes in Local Number Portability (LNP) management. At ETHERFAX, she is responsible for the successful transmission of all customer port orders, LNP training for new ETHERFAX partners, fax number inventory management, carrier relations, process developments, and customer service relations. She also assists with inside sales and the coordination of large complex port orders.
Sharon has been on the ETHERFAX team since 2012. Previously, she worked at Optus Software Inc. in the sales department and as a Customer Service Manager for emFAST, LLC.
